When my youngest was 18 months old and a little less dependent on mummy, I made the decision that it was time to start exercising regularly. Back then, I didn't have the love for exercise that I do now - so I simply did:
- 10 squats, 10 kneeling push-ups, 10 sit-ups... And that was it!
I did this every day for about 4-6 weeks, until I had the motivation to increase the reps to: 15 squats, 6 standard push-ups, 15 sit-ups.
Now, just a few years on from the exercise novice I once was I Love to Be Active and see it as my duty to help others to move more, eat well, and experience life through a mobile, strong, and healthy body.
