I am Keesha Edwards, I support clients who are ready to invest long term in their health, strength, and overall wellbeing. As my client I manage your food and fitness entirely, giving you a blueprint to follow, and I will coach you and exercise with you up to 5 days a week. I will also hold you accountable for the goals you set. My client base is limited to offer this bespoke service.
