With Online 1-to-1 Personal Training, you’ll train with me in real time and get a live guided workout designed around you.
Each session is 1 hour:
• 40 minutes of personalised exercise based on your goals
• 20 minutes consultation and accountability check-in
Before your first session, we’ll have an initial chat to talk through your goals, fitness level, and preferences. I’ll also give you a simple food list of what to eat and what to avoid to help you reach your target faster.
