Inclusive fitness sessions for community organisations, private groups and local services, adapting every session to the people in front of me. Over the past few years I've had the privilege of working with a variety of community groups, including older adults, beginners and people returning to exercise after a long break.
My sessions include BeatFit a full-body group fitness class combining cardio, strength, balance and mobility; Stretch & Refresh, a slower-paced session focusing on flexibility, posture and relaxation; seated exercise for those with limited mobility; and over-60s fitness classes that help improve strength, balance and confidence while creating opportunities for people to socialise and enjoy moving together.
