Fitness Instructor for Community and Private Groups

Inclusive fitness sessions for community organisations, private groups and local services, adapting every session to the people in front of me. Whether your group is looking for a fun, energetic workout or a gentler approach to movement, I can design sessions that suit a wide range of ages, abilities and confidence levels.
Over the past few years I've had the privilege of working with a variety of community groups, including older adults, beginners and people returning to exercise after a long break.
My sessions include BeatFit a full-body group fitness class combining cardio, strength, balance and mobility; Stretch & Refresh, a slower-paced session focusing on flexibility, posture and relaxation; seated exercise for those with limited mobility; and over-60s fitness classes that help improve strength, balance and confidence while creating opportunities for people to socialise and enjoy moving together.
Every booking is different, so I take the time to understand your group and tailor the session accordingly. Whether you're organising a one-off wellbeing event, a regular weekly class, a workplace wellbeing session or an activity for a community group, my aim is always the same - to create a friendly, supportive environment where everyone feels welcome and leaves feeling healthier, more confident and glad they came.
